so, i posted 'butter' by the bloody beetroots in my previous post, but i think everyone needs to hear more of the bloody beetroots. but, chances are, if you have an operable computer and a blog search engine, you have. even as i started compiling this post i noticed that kidzbycolette made a post about them today too. i've been listening to that sputnik radio mixtape for a couple hours now, and so i have to include a link to it.

so, steve aoki came out with an "album" (its basically a mixtape with "guest drops" over songs you already know) recently. maybe you heard about it? i'm sure you did. he did a chromeo after party at studio b saturday night where a friend of mine was payed just to hand out free copies of his CDs. unfortunately, after a week straight of partying (cool kids @ high voltage!, spank rock/ amanda blank/ pase rock @ hiro, LA Riots @ le royale...) me and the bff just couldn't muster up the energy to get off the couch. so feel free to rub in my face how crazy it was, i believe you. anyways, heres the tracklist with a few for download.
